Charles holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with an emphasis on Human Anatomy and Physiology. This fascination with the human condition has been the foundation for his career journey, as well as his desire to help othersoptimize their influence and impact on their relationships and world they exist in. Charles is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through IPEC and an AssociateCertified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. He has also won numerous prestigious awards as a Sales Leader, to include over 20 award tripswith various organizations.

Charles has over 25 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Sales and Marketing arena. He has served in numerous Sales and Leadership roles across the Biopharmaceutical landscape, building and developing high-performing teams and devising strategic plans and initiatives to exceed prioritized corporate objectives while focusing on growth and leadership development. He has been a keynote and grand rounds speaker at various Academic Medical Centers, Industry Sponsored Conferences, Leadership Workshops at various Pharmaceutical Companies and several times at the NIH.
