Cindy G. Puchalski is the CEO, Co-Founder, and Lead Coach of Alignetic, where she partners with organizations to build the leadership, strategies, and structures needed for sustainable growth. With more than 25 years of experience in corporate leadership, wealth management, and organizational change, Cindy is committed to helping small and mid-sized businesses scale effectively without losing sight of their people or culture.

As a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), Cindy equips leaders and teams with the tools and insight to unlock performance, strengthen collaboration, and lead with confidence. She also holds a Master’s degree in Learning, Leadership, and Organizational Development from the University of Georgia, further grounding her coaching in evidence-based practices.

Prior to co-founding Alignetic with Maggie Marzec, Cindy served as Group Director and Vice President at Morgan Stanley, where she acted as COO for a nationally recognized wealth management team. Earlier in her career, she spent a decade at Citibank supporting C-Suite leaders in strategic planning and organizational transformation.
