Maggie Marzec is the Chief Innovation Officer, Co-Founder, and Lead Coach at Alignetic, where she works with individuals and organizations to dismantle what’s not working and replace it with strategies that drive innovation, growth, and lasting change. She’s responsible for pinpointing when systems, leadership behaviors, business processes, or deeply ingrained beliefs have outlived their usefulness and replacing them with bold, effective, human-centered solutions.
Maggie holds a Master’s in Business Information Technology as well as a Master’s in English Studies with a teaching specialization, giving her a strong foundation in both systems and people. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through iPEC and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. In addition, she holds multiple certifications in agile frameworks, technology innovation, and leadership development, equipping her to design strategies that are both human-centered and operationally sound. In addition to her work in executive and organizational coaching, Maggie has extensive experience in technology, with a focus on software development, artificial intelligence, and the agile mindset. She is also an experienced educator, consultant, and public speaker, having delivered training and keynote sessions for audiences ranging from Fortune 500 companies and Ivy League universities to entrepreneurial teams.
Outside of her professional life, Maggie is a passionate content creator, continuous learner, and traveler who loves exploring new cultures and perspectives. She enjoys reading on neuroscience and leadership, hiking, and visiting independent bookstores in every city she travels to. Her curiosity and creativity fuel both her content and her work with clients, inspiring fresh ideas and bold solutions.
